空气弹簧节流孔的流量特点

 根据流体力学理论,空气弹簧节流孔的流量特点:

空气弹簧节流孔的流量特点
  1、空气的密度;

  节流孔的流量与压力差存在非线性关系,为得出系统的阻尼特性,故需对其进行线性处理,则有:

空气弹簧
  带附加空气室空气弹簧的力学模型,对于节流孔产生阻尼效应的空气弹簧,等效于一个具有弹性支撑的减振器系统,即刚度为的空气弹簧与阻尼系数为的减振器并联,再与刚度为的空气弹簧串联,最后与刚度为的空气弹簧并联。
