空气室空气弹簧阻尼的性能

   空气室空气弹簧系统由空气弹簧本体,节流孔以及附加空气室组成,其阻尼作用通过节流孔实现。空气弹簧在受到外界载荷作用产生形变时,空气弹簧本体与附加空气室之间形成压力差。当空气弹簧在静态形变时,即列车静止或低速行驶状态下,压力差较小,节流孔不产生较大的阻尼力。而在列车高速运行中,空气弹簧振动加剧,空气弹簧本体与附加空气室压力差增大,节流孔产生明显的阻尼作用,吸收振动能量,达到衰减振动的作用。
   The air spring system of additional air chamber is composed of air spring body, throttle hole and additional air chamber.When the air spring is deformed by external load, the pressure difference between the air spring body and the additional air chamber is formed.When the air spring is in static deformation, that is, when the train is still or running at low speed, the pressure difference is small, and the throttle hole does not produce a large damping force.However, in high-speed train operation, the vibration of air spring is aggravated, the pressure difference between air spring and the additional air chamber is increased, and the throttle hole has an obvious damping effect, which absorbs vibration energy to attenuate vibration.
